Are you data-driven and ready to take the next step in your career as a marketer at a fast-growing software company? Look no further! We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Data Marketer to help strengthen our marketing by analyzing data and utilizing our CRM to the best of its ability for our marketing activities. What will your responsibilities be as NetRom’s Data Marketer?

As a Data Marketer, you will play a crucial role in NetRom’s top-of-funnel marketing activities. You will work on gathering, qualifying, and organizing prospects for marketing campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools. You are creative, sharp, and have plenty of ideas on how we can innovate and improve our lead generation. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the data quality in our Salesforce CRM system and improving the functionalities of the supporting tools (Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Lusha, etc.) to create impactful multi-channel campaigns.

What will you do?

As a Data Marketer, you will be the first point of contact with relevant prospects, contributing to the top-of-funnel approach to qualify and continuously improve and scale this process. You are sharp in identifying our target audiences, working in detail and analytically, and using data effectively to expand and enrich our database. Through analysis and smart data-driven campaigns, you will ensure that our marketing efforts are more effective and efficient. In this role, you will report to the Marketing Manager at NetRom.

  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various marketing channels.
  • Developing and monitoring dashboards and reports to gain insights into lead behavior.
  • Identifying trends and opportunities within our target audience and market.
  • Optimizing lead generation campaigns and marketing funnels based on data insights.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop data-driven campaigns and strategies.
  • Working with tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other marketing and data platforms.

Who do you bring?

  • A completed HBO or WO degree in marketing, data analysis, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with marketing analysis, data processing, and visualization tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • You are analytical, precise, and data-driven.
  • You have problem-solving skills and can work independently.
  • You possess competencies such as perseverance, results orientation, and you are social and friendly.
  • Available for 32-40 hours per week.
  • Good command of both Dutch and English.
  • Residing within a reasonable distance of Utrecht.
  • Affinity with software development services is a plus.
